What to expect

Who replies and what they say

It's an address, not a form.

A technical reply

Ask about routes, device requirements or end-to-end encryption. Whoever built it answers.

Straight answer on fit

Want the control plane self-hosted, or the source? It doesn't fit, and you'll hear that first.

No call required

Five members and five devices, free, no card. Connect two machines, then write if something's unclear.

Everything else is in the docs.

Can I reach hosts that never run an agent?

Yes. One device advertises the subnet behind it as a route, so printers and appliances keep their addresses. Hosts behind a route don't count as devices.

What about carrier-grade NAT?

A direct path is tried first. If carrier-grade NAT or a symmetric firewall refuses, the session falls back to an encrypted relay, and the agent on the device reports it as relayed.

What happens when someone leaves?

Block them in the dashboard and their access ends at once, with every device they signed in on disconnected. Members sign in with Google SSO or email and password, or with a passkey where the organization allows it. A device that stops meeting the device requirements loses access the same way.

Will the log satisfy an auditor?

The log is append-only: nothing in the product can edit or delete an entry, and service accounts appear under their own identity.
