Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SXAccess. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use SXAccess on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

The Service

SXAccess is a cloud-based Zero Trust network access service designed to help organizations connect and manage users, devices and resources.

The service may evolve over time. We may add, modify, replace or discontinue features, interfaces, integrations or other parts of the service as the product develops.

Your use of SXAccess is based on the service available at the time and is not dependent on the delivery of any future feature or functionality.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed by users and devices associated with your organization.

You are responsible for deciding who may access your SXAccess environment, what resources they may access and how your access rules are configured.

You must provide accurate account information and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You may use SXAccess only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use the service to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, interfere with the operation or security of the service, circumvent security controls, violate the rights of others or conduct unlawful or abusive activities.

You must not resell, redistribute or make the service available to third parties unless this is expressly permitted by your applicable plan or another agreement with SXAccess.

Your Systems and Configuration

You are responsible for the systems, applications, resources, users and devices that you connect to or manage through SXAccess.

You are also responsible for your access rules, permissions, device configuration and other security settings within your environment.

SXAccess is not responsible for issues resulting from customer configuration, unauthorized use of customer credentials, customer-managed systems, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your Data

You retain the rights you have in the data and content that you provide through SXAccess.

We may process information as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain, secure and support the service, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining copies or exports of information that you need for your own business, regulatory or operational purposes.

Third-Party Services

SXAccess may interact with or depend on third-party networks, infrastructure, software or services.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, performance, security or changes. Third-party failures or changes may affect certain SXAccess functionality.

Plans and Billing

SXAccess may offer different plans, features and usage limits. The features available to you depend on the plan or agreement associated with your account.

If you purchase a paid service, applicable pricing, billing and subscription conditions will be presented when you subscribe or included in a separate agreement.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable.

Availability

SXAccess is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

The service may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party dependencies, network conditions or security events.

Suspension

We may restrict or suspend access to the service where reasonably necessary to protect SXAccess, our users or third parties, address suspected misuse or security risks, comply with legal requirements, resolve payment issues or respond to a breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate, access may be restored after the underlying issue has been resolved.

Intellectual Property

SXAccess and its software, interfaces, documentation, branding and related technology are owned by SXAccess or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms give you a limited right to access and use the service. They do not transfer ownership of SXAccess technology or intellectual property to you.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SXAccess is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the service will meet every requirement, operate without interruption or error, or be compatible with every network, device, application or environment.

You are responsible for determining whether SXAccess is suitable for your organization and for maintaining appropriate security, access controls and operational procedures.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SXAccess will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using SXAccess at any time, subject to any applicable subscription or separate agreement.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a breach of these Terms, security concerns, legal requirements, payment issues or discontinuation of the relevant service.

You are responsible for exporting any information you require before closing your account.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the service, our business or applicable requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page. Your continued use of SXAccess after updated Terms become effective means that the updated Terms apply to your continued use of the service.
