Before you pick a plan
Is the free plan a trial?
No. The Free plan includes up to 5 devices, with no credit card required and no expiry. Upgrade to Professional when you need more devices.
How is pricing calculated?
Professional is billed at $5 per device per month. You only pay for the number of devices included in your subscription.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply from the next billing period.
What counts as a device?
Any device running the SXAccess agent counts as one device, including laptops, phones, servers, containers, and Kubernetes nodes. Hosts accessed through a route do not count as separate devices.
Do we have to run anything?
Only the SXAccess agent on your devices. We manage the control plane and relay infrastructure for you, including maintenance and updates.
